Celebrating the art of performing without perfection, creating without the supposition of lengthy process, joyfully sinking into a process that performs while it creates and highlights the aliveness of art-making as the product grows and develops while being generously given

Timeline:

5 minutes: arrival and context in which FP exists today, in that moment

5 minutes: warm up led by Emily with input and agency of FP at all times allowing for shifts and changes { juicy, joint warm ups // breath connection and expansion of body // circular movement // core warm up of muscles // follow along arm movement for later }

5 minutes: small phrase teaching, FP picks up what they pick up and makes it their own

5 minutes: Emily and FP develop the phrase into FP version

10 minutes: Emily and FP read through script and discuss what jumps out

Key questions: who are you, FP? How did you get here? What does this movement mean? Where does the text exist?

10 minutes: writing and drawing exercise that lays out opening pattern of movement

10 minutes: final run through

10 minutes: PERFORMANCE on website // IG LIVE

5 minutes: Immediate writing/ drawing/ voice memo of Emily and FP separately processing what the performance held, what emerged, what was exciting, what felt right

5 minutes: Share what happened and how it could shift // what FP was drawn to, what Emily was drawn to

10 minutes: potential PERFORMANCE 2?
